●总论
HJ立磨属于辊式磨的一种，按照要求可以配置2，3或者4个磨辊。每一个磨辊，它都是由固定的摇臂、安装摇臂的支架，以及液压系统组成了粉磨的动力单元。此动力单元为一整体式或者一个标准组件，它可在磨盘周围布置成二组分、三组分或者四组分。
●工作原理
原料通过回转下料器进入到下料管，下料管是透过分离器的侧面或中间进入到磨机内部的。
物料借助于重力和气流的冲击作用而落到磨盘中央。磨盘牢固的与减速机相连，以恒速旋转。磨盘的恒速旋转将粉磨物料均匀的水平分布在磨盘的衬板上，在那里，斜锥式的磨辊咬住物料并将它碾碎。在液压系统的作用下，由于压力和摩擦力的作用物料进行粉磨。
离心力将粉碎后的物料从磨盘中部甩至磨盘的边缘，离开磨盘的物料遇到通过风环进入磨内的热气体，并随之上升，经磨机中部壳体进入到分离器中，在此过程中物料与热气体进行了充分的热交换，水分迅速被蒸发，使剩余的水分达到1％。尚未被粉碎到规定要求的物料由分离器选出。并被送回至磨盘，以进行再粉磨。通过了分离器的物料被磨机风机产生的气流携带而进入收尘器。

●Introduction
HJ Vertical mill is one kind of roller mill. As requested, it may equip with 3 or 4 rollers. Each roller is composed of fixed roller, support of installation rocker arm and hydraulic system. Motive force unit is in the whole or a standard part. It can be arranged in two components, three components or four components around mill disc.
● Work Principle
Raw material feed into discharge pipe through rotary discharger. Discharge pipe enter into the mill through the side or the center of the separator. Material will fall into the center of mill disc with the help of gravity and air flow. Mill disc connect with the reducer constantly. Constant speed rotation of mill disc will distribute material evenly in the lining plate of mill disc. There inclined mill roller will bite material and pulverize. Grind material with the function of pressure and friction.
Centrifugal force will make pulverized material at the edge of mill disc from the middle of mill disc. Material off mill disc will enter into hot gas in the mill through air ring. Via the middle of the mill shell and enter into the Sepratator.During the process, material will exchange hot gas.The moisture will be evaporated.The rest moisture can reach 1%. Unpulverized material as request will be selected by the Separator and send back mill disc.
