　　回转窑是煅烧水泥熟料的主要设备，我公司生产的回转窑应用于化工、冶金等行业。回转窑煅烧系统装备通过技术创新，在该系统中采用国内外最先进的液压挡轮装置、采用计量精度很高的计量柱塞泵、高精度的调速阀和接触式石磨块密封装置等国内先进技术。为了提高自动化程度，窑头采用工业电视看火，工艺流程模拟荧光屏，煅烧带采用红外线扫描仪把煅烧带的煅烧情况直接反映在计算机上，这些新技术的使用直观感强，操作方便，使用可靠。稳定了热工制度，提高了设备运转率，与同规格设备相比，运转率提高了3—5％，产量提高了5—10％，热耗降低15％。

　　Rotary kiln is the main equipment for sintering cemnet clinker.The rotary kilns produced by our company can be used for chemical industry,metallurgy industry and etc.Throught technical renovations,the rotary kiln sintering system equipment made by our company has adopted high measuring precession plunger pump,variable speed adjusted valve,contact graphite block air seal and other national advanced technologies.In order to raise up automation degree,indurstrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of  kiln,analog fluorescent screen has been used for display of process flow;infrared scanning system has been adopted for sintering zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer.With the use of these new technologies,it is directly in vision ,convienent in operation and reliable in use.Therefore,the rmalcondition can be raised.Compared to been raised 3-5% up,production has been increased 5-10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.

●石灰回转窑 Lime rotary kiln

　　技术特点
　　1、结构先进，低压损的竖式预热器能有效提高预热效果，经预热后的石灰石入窑分解率可达20-25%，并可直接利用10-15mm细粒级石灰石；
　　2、可靠的回转窑两端组合式鳞片密封。使漏风系数小于10%使用复合型耐火材料，以减少辐射热损失；
　　3、填充式、可分区通风的圆形或方形竖式冷却器，使出冷却器的石灰温度为800C+环境温度，便于输送、储存，并可将入窑二次空气预热到7000C以上，减少了运动部件和特殊材料。
　　Features
　　1、advanced structure, low loss can improve the vertical preheater preheating, the preheated limestone into the kiln after the decomposition rate of up to 20-25%, and the direct use of 10-15mm fine grade limestone;
　　2、reliable rotary seal both ends of the scales combined. Leakage coefficient is less than 10% of the composite refractory material used to reduce radiant heat loss;
　　3、filling, can be round or square partition vertical air cooler, resorted to the lime cooler temperature of 800C + ambient temperature, to facilitate transportation, storage, and the secondary air into the kiln preheated to 7000C or more, reducing the moving parts and special materials.

●冶金回转窑 Metallurgy rotary kiln

　　冶金化工窑则主要用于冶金行业钢铁厂贫铁矿磁化焙烧；铬、镍铁矿氧化焙烧；耐火材料厂焙烧高冶金矿和铝厂焙烧熟料、氢氧化铝；化工厂焙烧铬矿砂和铬矿粉等类矿物。
