本公司生产的球磨机整机性能为国内先进水平,先后出口越南、印度尼西亚、法国、德国等国家。先后获得中国建材机械行业品牌、国家名牌产品、国家星火计划项目、国家建材机械行业定点生产产品等荣誉。
本公司设计的新型单边单传动双滑履轴承管磨机采用新型滑履支撑结构,具有润滑效果好,重量轻,更换方便及易于维护等优点。滑履罩壳与滑环之间采用最新的Y型密封,结构简单,密封性能更好。筒体磨门采用外盖式,优化结构,新型磨门的采用,使筒体内部可采用统一规格的衬板,而无需传统方式,专门配置人孔门衬板。筒体内部只采用新型分级衬板与标准阶梯衬板两种规格,增加了物料研磨表面积,分级效果更好,后期维护及更换更加简单。新型隔仓结构,隔仓内部采用了可调扬料板与固定扬料板,配置一个提升物料勺,可有效增加过料能力,且新型结构,易于安装及维护。
新型单边单传动双滑履轴承管磨机已获得国家专利授权,同时拥有五顶专利技术。并获得2009年“中国中材杯”全国建材行业技术革新奖。

The capacity of ball mill is advanced level in domestic. They are exported to Vietnam, Indonesia, France and Germany etc. other countries. It has won famous brand of China Building material machinery industry, national top brand product, national Spark plan project, fixed-point production of national building materials machinery industry petc. other honors.
Our company has designed a new single-drive and double slide-shoe tube mill sliding shoe with bearing support structure which is used new and slide shoe support device, It is characterized by good lubrication, light weight, easy to replace and easy to maintain. Type Y update sealing between slide-shoe housing and slide ring which is simple structure, better sealing performance. The mill gate of the cylinder is used outside cover and excellent structure, New type mill door, can make internal cylinder use the same specification lining plate.Specially equip with manhole lining plate like traditional way. Only use new classification lining plate and standard step lining plate. Increase the grinding surface and have better classified efficiency. It is easy to maintenance and replace. New diaphragm structure is used adjustable lifting plate and fixed lifting plate, equip with one one material spoon which can increase feeding capability effectively, and the new structure is easy to install and maintain.
New single-drive and double slide-shoe bearing tube mill has obtained national patent, and obtain five patents. And won “China National Materials Cup” of National Award for building materials industry of technological innovation in 2009
